We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our products. If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use within 5 years from the date of purchase, you may return it to the issuing physician office for a replacement at no cost.
To take advantage of this warranty, please return the defective product to the physician office where it was originally issued. The product must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt. The issuing physician office will then replace the defective product at no charge to you.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
